The tape was peeled off at speed to observe and estimate the area of ​​the aluminum-plated layer being peeled off. The area was less than 10% for one level, less than 30% for second level, and greater than 30% for third level.
The tape inspection method is only a qualitative detection method and is only suitable for general qualitative comparison. If the adhesion fastness of the aluminized layer exceeds the adhesive force of the tape, the difference in the adhesion fastness of the aluminized layer is not obtained. The commonly used quantitative detection method is to heat-seal the EAA film (thickness of 20-50um, AA content is generally about 9%) and the aluminized layer of the aluminized film at a certain temperature, pressure, and time, and heat seal the film. The resulting sample was cut to a width of 15 mm, and a peel test was performed on a tensile tester to observe and record the peel force and the area of ​​the aluminized layer.
