At this time, calcium should be replenished, and no more chlorinated fertilizer should be applied.

The general symptoms of calcium deficiency in vegetables are the new parts of the plant such as the top bud, the root hair growth stagnation, atrophy and death, new leaves adhesion, the new leaves often open, the incompleteness of the leaves; the top of the fruit is easy to sag, dark brown and necrotic.

The control measures are to control the amount of fertilizer. It is not advisable to use too much fertilizer at one time, especially for chlorinated fertilizers such as ammonium chloride and potassium chloride, and timely irrigation to prevent soil drought. At the same time, foliar calcium fertilizer can be used as calcium nitrate. Spray fertilizer, the concentration of 0.3% ~ 0.5%, usually sprayed once every 7 days, even spray 2 to 3 times visible. Tomatoes should be sprayed on the 2~3 leaves above and below the flowering inflorescence, and the Chinese cabbage will be sprayed with calcium when it begins to enter the balling stage.
