According to BYD Jiang, who was present at the signing ceremony, the project is expected to be constructed in three phases. By the end of 2013, the construction of 200MW will be completed. After the project is completed, it is estimated that the total installed capacity will reach 500 MW, which will be directly integrated into the local power grid, and will be sold at the rate of 1 yuan/kWh per national subsidy standard. After the project is completed, compared with traditional thermal power, it can save 250,000 tons of coal annually, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 750,000 tons, and zero water consumption and zero emissions. The total annual power generation will exceed 700 million degrees.
