And establish a specialized agency to seriously study the current status, results and problems of foreign OMAC, OSACA, OSEC and other related programs, as well as future development trends, in order to make full use of other people's results, reduce our research time and cost. For example, one of the robotics associations in Japan specializes in research on OSACA.

(4) Strengthen the research on software reliability theory, software testing methods and standards, and system reliability design methods. 4 Conclusion
The more open the system, the more technical and non-technical issues it needs to consider and deal with. OSACA's platform structure is inclusive and more adaptable, but its development workload is extremely large. Therefore, it can only be a general idea and implemented step by step. It is difficult to achieve support for most operating platforms in the short term. OSEC's "PC+ adapter card" solution is much more flexible, and can take full advantage of the PC's price, resources, and technical advantages. For China, it may be a shortcut.

It is impossible to carry out research on open control systems. We must grasp this opportunity and challenge with a clear mind and quick action. Especially in the current complicated international environment, foreign countries still have some technical blockades and restrictions on China, and only rely on our own strength to solve.
