2013 is the 50th anniversary of the birth of synthetic diamonds in China. In the past 50 years, China's super-hard materials industry has experienced hardships, struggling to explore and achieving world-renowned achievements. In order to review the development history of China's superhard materials industry in the past 50 years, the China Materials Research Society Superhard Materials and Products Committee decided to carry out the technical review of the 50th anniversary of the birth of Chinese synthetic diamonds during the 8th China Diamond Related Materials and Applications Symposium. And look forward to the activities, show those unforgettable people and things, and fully look forward to the future development of China's superhard materials. The research decided that in order to cherish the pioneers of China's superhard materials, and encourage young and middle-aged superhard material science and technology workers and entrepreneurs, it is proposed to simultaneously carry out a meritorious expert, outstanding contribution expert, and innovative enterprise that have made outstanding contributions to the development of China's superhard materials. Awards and recognition activities for awards such as homes, star companies, international cooperation outstanding workers, academic activities, outstanding corporate awards, and excellent papers. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Selection principle
(1) The selection strives to be open, fair and just;
(2) The candidate is determined to apply through personal recommendation, corporate recommendation, recommendation by other organizations or joint recommendation by more than 5 experts. Those who do not apply will not be selected;
(3) In principle, the number of persons or units to be assessed shall not exceed the set number.
(4) The application deadline for the application is July 15th, and the application will not be accepted after the expiration;
(5) The evaluation team will confirm the evaluation team, and the specific work will be carried out and decided by the evaluation team, and other personnel will not interfere;
(6) After the assessment, it will be publicized on the website, and the publicity period will be 7 days. If the information is false, the qualifications will be cancelled.
(7) Where the (thesis) should have photocopying attachments, the awards should be accompanied by the accreditation of the unit. Others should also have attachments. If there are difficulties, the unit should be stamped and confirmed (the unit is responsible).
