Fluorescent inks are suitable for printing on paper and vinyl films. Since the inorganic fluorescent material is emitted by the crystal, if the pressure is too large, the crystal is broken, and the luminance of the light is lowered. Therefore, the relief printing is generally not used, and it is suitable for screen printing and gravure printing. The rheological properties of most fluorescent inks are pseudoplastic flow and low viscosity. This characteristic determines the printing process is quite different from the printing process of ordinary inks. In the case of gravure printing and screen printing, in addition to paying attention to its characteristics such as viscosity, connecting material and drying property, it is also necessary to pay attention to the adjustment of the printing pressure, which cannot make the printing pressure too large and affect the printing effect. When doing screen printing, pay attention to the following points:
(1) The fluorescent ink is suitable for a mesh of 200 mesh or less;
(2) When the ink quantity of the printed matter is 50-60g/m2, the color development and light resistance are ideal;
(3) When the substrate is a transparent object, a white ink should be printed first, which can improve the fluorescence effect.
The surface of mounting sample is not smooth. Grinding is to remove excess part of the sample with abrasive materials.
