As can be seen from the waveforms shown in the figure, the fluctuation of the inductance has little effect on the selected main circuit waveform.
Since the influence of the change of the inductance and capacitance with respect to the resistance value of the main circuit on the current waveform is small, the current on the wire is mainly changed by the resistance.
Conclusion
This type of power supply is designed to cut between high voltage cut and low voltage (80V and 300V or others). Due to the special requirements on the duty cycle of the PWM generated by the DSP during high voltage and low voltage cutting, according to the detection of the voltage and current waveform of the main circuit, we add a program that automatically changes the duty cycle in the software design. This allows the cutting to achieve the desired results.
