Research on Remelting Aluminum Ingot Standards and International Standards, Micro and Trace Elements

With the development of China's aviation, electronic environmental protection and other industries, the improvement of the aluminum electrolysis process puts forward higher requirements for the analysis of trace elements in aluminum products. To meet the international standards as soon as possible, micro and trace element analysis methods and product quality surveys are necessary.
In this project, the elements of Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, B, Li, Ga, Cr, V, Ti, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Y, and Be in aluminum ingots for remelting are analyzed by ICP-AES. , Find out the best operating conditions through the test, the detection limit of the new method is 1 to 2 orders of magnitude lower than the original national and international standards, do not use organic solvents; trace Hg using AFS method, Hg volatile use of aqua regia, solve For the key dissolving problem, the detection limit can reach 10-7%, and the recovery rate is 104%; trace amounts of K, Na, Pb, and Cd are not analyzed at home and abroad. This study uses AAS and GFAAS to ash , Atomization temperature, matrix modifier and other choices, Pb, Cd recovery were 93% to 95%, 93% to 102%, lower limit of detection than the original method 4 orders of magnitude, K, Na recovery was 102 %; Trace As is determined by molybdenum blue extraction spectrophotometry, and the RSD is 4% to 9%, and the recovery is 94% to 97% through the extraction of acidity, potassium iodide, reducing agent amount, and interference ion test.
In this study, 24 kinds of analytical methods for trace elements have been newly formulated. Among them, 9 elements are not included in national and international analytical standards. The analysis methods of the other 15 elements are superior to the original method in terms of detection limit, sensitivity, and accuracy. The instrumental analysis method accounted for 92%. A national analysis standard was established to fill in the gaps in the analysis and testing in this field. A total of 17 domestic aluminum ingot products were censused, and a comprehensive analysis was conducted combining the production process and raw materials. It is the first time outside.
The new method has now been applied to the analysis and testing of remelted aluminum ingots, and a large number of census data have been used to guide production. The new product development and product quality standards of the company are of important guiding significance in international standards.
