"The 12th Five-Year Plan for the Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Industrial Solid Waste" was released

In order to implement the overall plan of the 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Plan for Industrial Transformation and Upgrading (2011-2015), implement the State Council’s strategy to develop strategic emerging industries such as energy saving and environmental protection. Requirements, comprehensively promote the comprehensive utilization of bulk industrial solid waste in China, and improve the level of comprehensive utilization. The Ministry of Industry has formulated the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Industrial Solid Waste”.
