3. Real stone paint construction method
(1) Grassroots treatment
The base layer treatment is a front-line, basic process for the coating of real stone paint, which plays a decisive role in the quality of the entire coating. Contaminants should be thoroughly removed before treatment. The qualified base layer should not be powdered, sanded, empty, delaminated, cracked and peeled. The base layer is cleaned and the water content should be < 10%, PH<9. After the new wall is made of cement mortar, it is required to dry thoroughly for more than 21 days. If the temperature is lower, the time is relatively extended. When the base layer is highly absorbent, it should be closed with a primer before the putty is applied, so as not to affect the adhesion and strength of the putty. (3) Roll-on seal primer
The sealing primer can increase the adhesion of the topcoat to the base layer, enhance the strength of the cement base layer, and have strong penetrating power. It can seal the capillary pores of the cement wall surface and prevent the alkali return.
