11 items of dust and antivirus standards approved will be implemented in September

Recently, the State Administration of Work Safety has approved the “Technical Specifications for Dust Control and Anti-Violence for Aluminum Processing Plants”, “Technical Conditions for Dust Samplers”, “Technical Specifications for Dust and Antivirus in Coking Industry”, “Dustproof Technical Specifications for Stone Processing Technology,” and “Food Processing Technical Specifications for Dust Prevention and Anti-Violence, Technical Requirements for Dust Control and Anti-Violence of Alcohol Production Enterprises, Technical Requirements for Dust Control and Anti-Violation of Water Supply and Supply Enterprises, Technical Specifications for Dust Control and Anti-poisoning for Storage Industry, and Technical Specifications for Dust and Antivirus for Printing Enterprises , "Technical Code for Dust Prevention and Control in Town Gas Industry" and "Technical Regulations for Occupational Hazard Prevention in Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises". The 11 items of dust prevention and anti-virus standards (Announcement No. 7 of 2012) will be implemented starting from September 1, 2012.

The implementation of these standards clearly clarified the dust and poison control requirements of industries with serious dust pollution hazards, helped improve the occupational health conditions of enterprises in related industries, protected the occupational health of employees, and provided occupational health law enforcement services for safety supervision departments. The basis can promote the healthy development of occupational health in China.
