After on-site investigation and inquiry, the well was a bilge well with a round wellhead. The wellhead bore was about 0.6 meters deep and about 10 meters deep. A man was standing at the bottom of the well.
According to the situation on the site, the commanders quickly dispatched experienced fire officers and soldiers to wear air-breathers, carry protective safety belts, and use rescue tripods to go down to save people; and deploy another group of officers and men to cooperate with the police to evacuate the crowd to the periphery. As the wellhead is relatively small, the space inside the well is narrow. Rescue officers and soldiers wearing air respirator can not go down to the well, giving rescue work to bring greater difficulties.
To rescue the trapped people as soon as possible, the commander immediately ordered the officers and men to open the air breathing apparatus cylinder, put the cylinder into the well to increase the air content, and sent rescue workers to the bottom of the well. After coming down to the mine, rescue workers immediately tied the trapped person's belt to the proper position on the waist and were rescued by the ground officers and sent to the scene 120 ambulances. Unfortunately, after being diagnosed by doctors, the trapped man has died.
