Assembly and use of IH type chemical centrifugal pump

IH chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its marking, rated performance point and size are equivalent to the international standard IS02858-1975(E). It is the energy saving and updating of the F-corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The liquid chemical process delivers a liquid with a corrosive viscosity similar to water. The temperature of the transport medium of the IH chemical centrifugal pump is generally -20 ° C ~ 105 ° C, if necessary, appropriate cooling measures, the temperature of the transport medium can be higher.

IH chemical centrifugal pump installation:

1. Check the pump and motor after unpacking. If it is confirmed that there is no damage caused by loading, unloading and transportation, and the fastening connection is loose, the inlet and outlet end caps of the pump are intact, and no dust, dirt, etc. enter the pump. It can be installed directly at the site without having to disassemble and assemble it.

2. Install the basic plane of the pump and level the level. After the base cement has solidified, place the pump on the foundation and check the level of the pump and motor shaft with a level meter. If it is not level, apply the gasket to adjust to the level. The base and anchor bolt holes are then cemented through the grout holes.

3. After the cement has dried, check whether the holes of the base and anchor bolts are loose. If necessary, tighten the anchor bolts and check the level.

4. When the motor pump and base are reinstalled, the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft should be strictly checked. The difference between the upper and lower left and right sides of the measuring coupling shall not exceed 0.1 mm, and the maximum and minimum gap between the end faces of the two couplings shall not exceed 0.3 mm.

5. The suction and extrusion lines of the pump should have their own brackets. The weight of the pipeline should not be directly absorbed by the pump to avoid crushing the pump.

6. When the pump is installed above the liquid level (within the pump's suction range), install a bottom valve at the end of the suction line and set the liquid sump L or valve on the discharge line. For the purpose of pumping before starting. When the pump is installed below the liquid level (perfusion condition), control valves and filter devices should be installed on the pump suction line to prevent foreign matter from being drawn into the pump.

Use of IH chemical centrifugal pump:

Start

1) Prepare the necessary tools.

2) Check the oil level of the suspension oil storage room, which should not be too high or too low.

3) Check if the motor rotates in the correct direction. Reverse is strictly prohibited.

4) Rotate the coupling by hand, it should feel relaxed and light and uniform, and pay attention to discern the noise in the pump, such as friction and foreign matter rolling. If it is, try to remove it and install the protective cover of the coupling.

5) When the installation position of the pump is lower than the liquid level (perfusion condition), the gate valve of the suction line should be opened before starting to fill the pump with liquid. If the installation position of the pump is higher than the liquid level (vacuum condition), the pump should be filled before starting. Or draw a vacuum to fill the pump and the suction tube with liquid, and drain the air inside the pump.

6) Close the inlet and outlet pressure (or vacuum) and press the line gate valve to start the motor (it is best to start the machine first, confirm that the pump is rotating in the correct direction), open the inlet and outlet pressure gauge, and then slowly open the outlet pipe. The gate valve of the road to the desired position.

2. Check

1) Always check the temperature rise of the pump and motor. The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 °C, and the limit temperature should not exceed 75 °C.

2) Pay attention to the change of oil level in the oil storage chamber of the suspension body, which is often controlled within the specified range. In order to keep the oil clean and well lubricated, the new oil should be replaced regularly according to the actual situation of the site. In general, after every 1500 hours of operation, replace all new oil once.

3) During the operation, if abnormal sound or other faults are found, stop the inspection immediately and continue to operate after the fault is discharged.

4) Never use the gate valve on the suction line to regulate the flow to avoid cavitation.

5) The pump should not be operated for a long time at less than 30% of the design flow. If it is necessary to use it under this condition, a bypass pipe should be installed on the outlet pipe to make the pump flow reach the specified range of use.

3. Parking

1) Slowly close the pressure outlet line gate valve and stop the motor.

2) Close the inlet and outlet pressure (vacuum) meter and close the suction line gate valve when filling. If the seal uses an external drain, close the outer drain gate valve.

3) If the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the liquid. The liquid in the pump should be drained to prevent frost cracking.

4) If the pump is stopped for a long time, in addition to the corrosive liquid in the pump, it should be rinsed with clean water, especially the sealed chamber should be carefully cleaned. It is best to remove the pump after cleaning, reinstall it, and keep the pump inlet and outlet closed.
