(2) Always pay attention to any abnormal sounds outside the house, such as the sound of trees being washed down and stones colliding. Residents closer to the gully should pay attention to observe the flow of the gully water, such as the gully water suddenly stops or suddenly becomes very turbid. When the above abnormal situation occurs, it may mean that a debris flow is about to occur or has already occurred, and it should be evacuated immediately.

(3) If the relevant departments have issued forecasts or warnings of mountain torrents and debris flows, or the above-mentioned abnormal conditions are becoming more and more obvious, they should immediately organize personnel to leave the danger zone and evacuate to a safe point according to the original evacuation route.
