1. Installation and commissioning instructions
1.1 Installation instructions
(1) Water quality sampling pretreatment system
COD online automatic analyzer, ammonia nitrogen online automatic analyzer, total phosphorus online automatic analyzer, total nitrogen online automatic analyzer, etc. need to be installed on the floor, the data collector is installed on the wall, and the cable between the analyzer and the data acquisition and transmission instrument is added The protective tube is erected on a firm bridge in the air, and the two ends are clearly marked. The analyzer and the data acquisition instrument are connected by a 1mm two-core shielded wire to ensure stable signal transmission and strong anti-interference ability.
COD online automatic analyzer, ammonia nitrogen online automatic analyzer, total phosphorus online automatic analyzer, total nitrogen online automatic analyzer water sample pretreatment system is divided into water inlet, water outlet and overflow. The water inlet is connected to the water outlet of the sampling water pump, and the water inlet of the sampling water pump is connected to the water outlet reservoir through 25PVC pipes. The sampling pump is powered by an analyzer. The water outlet and overflow of the equipment are connected to the water storage tank through the pipe. The water sample returns to the reservoir after being circulated through the pretreatment system.
1.2 System debugging
After completing the installation and initial test of the water pollution source online monitoring instrument on site, the online monitoring instrument is debugged, and the continuous running time of the debugging is not less than 72 hours. Perform zero point calibration and range calibration check every day, and adjust the online monitoring instrument when the accumulated drift exceeds the specified index.
If the failure of the emission source or the online monitoring system causes the debugging to be interrupted, after the emission source or the online monitoring system returns to normal, restart the debugging, and the continuous running time of the debugging shall be not less than 72 hours.
Prepare test reports of zero drift and range drift during debugging of water pollution source online monitoring instruments.
Ensure that the data acquisition and transmission instrument and the water pollution source online monitoring instrument are correctly connected, and can send data to the host computer.
During the trial operation, the online monitoring device for water pollution sources has been running continuously for 30 days.
The set time interval is 24 hours, and the water pollution source online monitoring system automatically adjusts the zero point and the calibration range value. If the operation of the emission source or the online monitoring system fails, the operation is interrupted. After the emission source or the online monitoring system returns to normal, restart the trial operation.
Prepare test reports of zero drift, range drift and repeatability of the water quality online automatic analyzer.
2. Installation requirements
1) At the time of installation, the back of the cabinet must be at least 70cm away from the wall to facilitate future maintenance.
2) The equipment should be grounded separately. It is recommended that the equipment be driven into the wet soil with 80 cm steel pipe, and be connected to the grounding position of the chassis separately with a wire of at least 4 mm, otherwise it may cause unstable measurement data or damage to the electronic parts of the instrument.
3) The equipment shall be protected against lightning. It is recommended to connect a lightning protection module to the 220V incoming line of the device, otherwise it may cause lightning damage.
4) The equipment should be installed with a pretreatment system. Because there are many impurities in the water, it will lead to easy blockage of the pipeline, failure of the nine-way valve, high maintenance frequency, and shorten the life of the instrument.
5) The humidity on site is too high. It is recommended to transfer the instrument to a dry environment, because excessive humidity on the site may easily cause partial circuit short circuits.
6) It is recommended to install an air conditioner to prevent the temperature difference between day and night is too large, which will affect the measurement result, the reagent will freeze or be easily deteriorated.
