In the late stage of edible mushroom production, in order to enhance the stamina of the mushroom, the mushroom farmers often add nutrient solution for top dressing. However, only the correct method can be added to achieve the intended purpose, and vice versa, which is counterproductive and causes losses to the producer. There are three ways to add nutrients to the addition method: spraying, soaking, and filling. The time for spraying the nutrient solution is preferably when a large number of fruiting bodies are present. When spraying, please pay attention to the nozzle should not face the fruiting body, but also pay attention to "four no spray": 1. Young mushroom buds are not sprayed, lest they "swell". 2. Just picking mushrooms or having mushrooms in the body does not spray, so as not to cause bacterial diseases. 3. Do not spray when the humidity of the air is too high. 4. When the pests and diseases in the mushroom shed (room) are serious, do not spray. The soaking method is mainly used for edible fungi in bagged plants. After harvesting 1~2 oyster mushrooms, if the cultivation bag is in a serious water shortage state, it can be immersed in the prepared nutrient solution until it recovers or approaches the original weight. Adding nutrient solution by soaking method, only need to press the weight in the bag after immersing in the nutrient solution, but the soaking time should not be too long. If the bag is too much water, it can be soaked several times. The acupoint method is mainly used on the bed of bacteria. This method can be used when the mushroom bed has more mushrooms and the water and nutrient consumption is too large. The specific method is as follows: the bacteria bed is drilled at a hole distance of 10 cm, and the prepared nutrient solution is filled into the bacteria bed, and the nutrient solution is added to cover the soil. When the concentration of the nutrient solution is too high, not only is hyphae difficult to absorb, but it also hinders or even damages the hyphae. When the concentration is too low, the effect is not obvious and the high yield is not achieved. The concentration of the nutrient solution is also determined by the water content of the culture material. If the water content of the culture material is high, increase the concentration of the nutrient solution, reduce the water consumption, and increase the ventilation after adding the nutrient solution. On the contrary, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced and the water consumption should be increased. Nutritional nutrients should be used in a variety of nutrients, so that the nutrients obtained by the fruiting bodies are comprehensive and reasonable. If hormones are used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, they should be used after supplementing the nutrient solution. Pay attention to changes in the environment When the temperature reaches 20 °C or above, it is difficult to form high-quality fruit bodies (except for high-temperature edible fungi), and no nutrient solution can be added. If the culture material has been contaminated with bacteria, it is necessary to remove the bacteria before adding the nutrient solution. In order to prevent contamination of the bacteria, a certain amount of bacteriostatic agent can also be added at the same time as the nutrient solution is added to prevent the growth of the bacteria.
