(2) Orthogonal test plan
There are many factors that affect warpage and deformation, and each has its own influence depending on the specific situation. Here, based on the specific conditions of the plastic parts, four of the more important factors are selected for the simulation test. The four factors are the gate position, the cooling system, the injection time and the gate size, and three levels are determined for each factor. Here we use the L 9 (3 4 ) orthogonal table. Table of factors and factors is shown in Table 1.
The three levels of the gate location are shown in Figure 2. The three levels of the cooling system are shown in Figure 3.
Nine groups of experiments were performed according to the test protocol determined by the L 9 (3 4 ) orthogonal test table. In the simulation test, the boundary constraint of the uniform position is given, and the deformation of each plastic part is observed. The spatial deformation of the free part is mainly investigated, and the maximum warpage deformation of the plastic part is taken into account. As shown in Figure 4.
Through 9 sets of experiments, the orthogonal table data is obtained, and the data is calculated and processed, and the test data of each factor and the range R are obtained. As shown in table 2.
