Biomaterials science and engineering have entered the international advanced level. After a batch of high-tech biomaterials are engineered or expanded, it is expected to have annual sales of nearly 10 billion yuan. It is estimated that by 2010, Sichuan polysilicon production capacity will reach 17,000 tons, becoming one of the largest silicon material production bases in the country.
