The Maduo 4.4 MW photovoltaic poverty alleviation Liancun power station, which was built by the State Grid Co., Ltd., was officially connected to the grid on the 12th. The power station is currently the highest-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station in China.
Maduo County, Guoluo County, Qinghai Province has an average elevation of over 4,500 meters and the natural environment is very bad. In 2018, State Grid Corporation set a point for poverty alleviation in Maduo County, investing more than 32 million yuan, and focused on donating 11 village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in Maduo County. The power station is built in the village of Malayan, about 2,000 meters north of Maduo County. It is expected to generate 6.8 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year and generate more than 4 million yuan in power generation. All of them will be used for poverty alleviation in Maduo County.
Zhang Qiang, deputy magistrate of Maduo County, said that the Maduo Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation Power Station was the first to be built in the construction of the first batch of 471.6 MW village-level photovoltaic power stations in the province during the “13th Five-Year Planâ€. The revenue of the power station will be collectively developed for 11 poor villages. The industry provides financial support.
