The third quarterly report showed that operating income in the third quarter was 187 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.7%, but net profit was a loss of 79,845,800 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of -437.79%.

Ananda is currently the largest titanium dioxide production enterprise in Anhui Province, and its main product, anatase titanium dioxide production ranks among the top in the country. Affected by factors such as the continuing downturn in the market, declining exports, and continued decline in product prices, the company's performance has declined significantly. However, with the arrival of "Golden September 9 Silver", the company began to slowly out of the trough, and from the perspective of expected full-year loss, there should be a good credit in the fourth quarter.

However, the degree to which the market can warm up is not optimistic. Some people in the industry are not optimistic. “The fundamental reason is that there is excess production capacity, and the supply and demand situation has not been significantly improved.” Although the titanium dioxide is currently entering the traditional sales season, enterprises are particularly strong about the price increase. In fact, it is difficult for prices to rise significantly. Taking into account factors such as market competition and stocks of intermediate traders, titanium dioxide manufacturers are not afraid to raise prices easily. At present, prices of some manufacturers are only tentatively escalated, and the effect is yet to be further observed.
