3. During the extrusion, the ingot or mold contains moisture and oil. Because water and oil are heated and evaporated into gas. In the high-temperature and high-pressure metal flow is formed on the surface of the coiled profile material gas;

4, the device exhaust device does not work properly; metal fill too fast, causing extrusion exhaust is not good

Solution:

1. Reasonably select and equip extrusion tools for timely inspection and replacement;

2. Strengthen the quality management of ingots. Strictly control the surface quality and gas content of the ingot;

3, ensure the normal operation of the equipment's exhaust system:

4, scissors, squeeze tube and mold should be as little as possible with or without oil;

5. Reasonably control the extrusion speed and exhaust as required.
