Thermostatic valve concept
Temperature control valve is abbreviated as temperature control valve. It is a typical application of flow control valve in the field of temperature control. Self-operated thermostatic valve working principle:
Self-regulating temperature control valve uses the principle of liquid thermal expansion and liquid incompression to achieve automatic adjustment. The expansion of the liquid within the temperature sensor is uniform and its control is proportional. As the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of temperature-sensing liquid within the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensitive liquid expands and pushes the valve core downward to close the valve to reduce the flow of the heat medium; when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensitive liquid shrinks, and the return spring pushes The spool opens to increase the flow of the heat medium.
Electric thermostatic valve working principle:
Electric temperature control valve is a typical application in the field of temperature control such as HVAC. The controller has PI, PID adjustment function, precise control, multi-loop control, multi-function, and can realize control of fluid flow, pressure, pressure difference, temperature, humidity, threshold and air quality. Actuators are electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic, with manual and automatic adjustment function, sensitive adjustment, large shutdown force, adjustable flow rate (linear percentage). Electro-hydraulic actuator with power off automatic reset protection function, can receive 0-10V or 4-20MA signal and with valve position feedback function. The valve body is a flow regulating valve, which is suitable for the regulation linearity of the circulation pipeline chilled water, low pressure hot water, domestic hot water, high pressure hot water, seawater, hot oil, and steam, large adjustable ratio, tight sealing, high temperature resistance, Anti-cavitation.

Type:
1.Anchor with flange
The end of part is welded with flange which is easy for connections. This type is usually used for buildings and wharf because of its high accuracy and stability.
2.Anchor with U plate
The end of part is weld with U shape plate, this kind of anchor has good performance in connection and easy for operation. Normally used for fence and barrier.
3.Anchor with nuts
This type of anchor is fixed by three or four nuts which means easy for installation. It`s insert length can be adjusted according to customer demands. Normally used for the base of solar panels.
