The installation method and technical requirements of the horizontal screw centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as the centrifuge) include the installation environment, installation foundation, pipe connection and electrical circuit connection.
The installation method and technical requirements of the horizontal screw centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as the centrifuge) include the installation environment, installation foundation, pipe connection and electrical circuit connection.
1, the installation environment:
(1) There must be enough space around the centrifuge to ensure future maintenance, attachment pipe connection, lifting height and operating height.
(2) The distance between the inlet of the centrifuge and the wall should be ≥1500mm to ensure the replacement of the feed pipe. The distance between one end of the differential and the wall should be ≥1000mm to ensure the disassembly and handling of the differential.
(3) The base height of the centrifuge is generally 800 to 1500 mm.
(4) The distance between the centrifuge before and after the centrifuge: the centrifuge drum ≤ 650mm, leaving a spacing of 1000 ~ 1500mm; centrifuge drum > 650mm, according to the instructions required to leave enough maintenance and handling space.
(5) The lifting personnel should have relevant lifting experience and relevant documents.
(6) Lifting tool load, lifting height and moving distance are in compliance with safe operating procedures.
2, the installation base:
(1) When the centrifuge is stopped from 200 to 1500 rpm, the vertical dynamic load due to vibration is 1.2 times that of static. The static and dynamic load design is evenly supported by each support angle except for the drawings.
(2) If the centrifuge is mounted on a steel frame, the steel frame must have sufficient stiffness to withstand the vibrations generated by the centrifuge from start-up to full speed operation. The longitudinal deformation of the frame resulting from the weight of the centrifuge must be <1 mm and the deformation in the horizontal direction must be <1 mm.
(3) Maximum allowable amplitude range of the damping mechanism in the vertical direction: When the centrifuge drum diameter is ≤400mm, the maximum allowable amplitude is 4mm/s; when the centrifuge drum diameter is >400mm, the maximum allowable amplitude is 6mm/s.
(4) If the centrifuge and other mechanical equipment are in the same area, the vibration of other mechanical equipment during operation cannot affect the centrifuge.
3. Connection of the centrifuge to the relevant pipeline:
(1) Pipe installation must be done horizontally, vertically, safely and reasonably.
(2) All pipes (including electrical lines) connected to the centrifuge and other auxiliary components are connected by hoses.
(3) The selection of joints and piping materials should consider the process requirements, especially the corrosion, temperature and safety requirements.
(4) All external piping and feed pipe connections must be hose joints that meet the requirements of large pressures, and can meet the requirements of bending ±5mm in all directions due to vibration of the centrifuge.
(5) The solid phase and liquid phase discharge pipes and connecting parts of the centrifuge should be short and easy to disassemble, repair and replace.
(6) The maximum length of the connection between the solid phase of the centrifuge, the liquid phase discharge pipe and the hose flange is 600 mm, and the maximum weight is 30 kg. The maximum length of the connection between the end of the feed tube and the interface hose is 200 mm and the maximum allowable weight is 5 kg.
(7) There shall be no turning between the slag discharge port of the centrifuge and the feed port of the shaftless screw conveyor, and the size of the slag discharge port shall not be reduced without authorization.
(8) It is best to use a 120 degree elbow for the centrifuge drain.
(9) The liquid phase discharge pipe must prevent clogging.
1) Determine the size of the discharge pipe according to the liquid phase flow rate, and the inner diameter must not be less than 150 mm.
2) Avoid too many elbows and increase flow resistance.
3) The installation of the liquid phase discharge pipe must have a certain inclination.
4) Do not use pipes that are smaller than the drain port of the centrifuge.
(10) The pipes connected to the centrifuge have their own pipe fixing brackets, and the brackets must not be fixed on the centrifuge.
(11) Install a sampling port at the outlet of the solid phase and liquid phase discharge pipes of the centrifuge for sampling at any time.
(12) If there are multiple centrifuges in the workshop, each centrifuge shall be separately equipped with a feed pipe, a feed pump, a dosing pump and a dosing pipe.
4. Electrical connection of the centrifuge:
(1) Installation of electrical wiring must comply with electrical installation regulations.
(2) The electrical control cabinet and the inverter control cabinet cannot be installed in the same room as the centrifuge. If the control room is not designed separately, be sure to separate the electrical control cabinets in a small room in the centrifuge room to avoid corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide from corroding electrical components and printed circuit boards.
(3) All power cables are laid according to the specified square specifications, and the grounding and zero-connection protection wiring is done well.
(4) All electrical signal lines shall be shielded and protected, and laid in line with the power supply line.
(5) All wiring ends must have a number or other mark for review and repair.
(6) When the centrifuge vibrates, there is an amplitude of ±5 mm in all directions, and the wire and cable connected to the centrifuge cannot be stretched too tightly.
(7) Safety measures for electrical control cabinets:
1) Alarm setting: main motor overload protection, moderate screw delivery load, emergency stop.
2) If equipped with relevant equipment, alarm should also be set: excessive vibration, excessive or too low oil temperature in the lubricating oil system, too little oil, too high or too low speed of the supporting system, and high bearing temperature.
3) If equipped with relevant equipment, alarm should also be set: stop the main motor, stop the feed pump, stop the reverse push motor, stop the shaftless screw conveyor.
4) Do not restart the centrifuge until the cause of the alarm has not been identified and eliminated.
5) Do not start the feed pump until the centrifuge has reached full speed.
6) The centrifuge is equipped with an automatic reverse drive to determine two types of switches: one to stop the feed pump and the other to stop all devices.
