The comprehensive energy consumption of copper, lead, magnesium and electric zinc smelting decreased to 300 kg of standard coal/ton, 320 kg of standard coal/ton, 4 tons of standard coal/ton and 900 kg of standard coal/ton and below, and electrolytic aluminum direct current consumption, The total process sponge titanium power consumption was reduced to 12,500 kWh/ton and 25,000 kWh/ton and below, respectively. Improve the entry barriers for energy conservation and environmental protection, strictly control the two gates of land and credit, and strictly control the construction of new energy-intensive and high-pollution projects. Establish a mechanism for linking new projects in high-energy-consuming industries with the completion of local energy-saving and emission reduction targets and the elimination of backward production capacity. Continue to use measures such as raising resource taxes, adjusting export tax rebates, and including some products in the prohibited categories of processing trade, and controlling the export of high-energy and high-pollution products. Vigorously promote high-efficiency energy-saving mining and selection processes and equipment, self-heating and strengthening smelting process, low-temperature low-voltage aluminum electrolytic energy-saving technology, and advanced technology of hydrometallurgical energy conservation.
