1. Problem 1: The bag warping problem occurs in the heat sealing of the three-side sealing bag making machine. Reasons and solutions:
Heat sealing reasons:
(1) The thickness of the composite film is inconsistent;
(2) The heat sealing temperature is too high or the heat sealing time is too long;
(3) in the longitudinal heat sealing knife part, the running track of the composite film is not straight;
(4) insufficient cooling;
(5) insufficient ripening time;
(6) The surface substrate film has poor heat resistance;
(7) The tension matching of the composite substrate during the compounding process is improperly controlled, resulting in residual stress after the ripening and setting, especially when the thickness of the composite film is thin.
Countermeasures taken:
(1) Adjusting the tension of the floating roller;
(2) using an inner sealing substrate having a low temperature heat sealability;
(3) adjusting the heat sealing temperature to a suitable temperature;
(4) adequate cooling;
(5) Fully matured;
(6) reselecting the surface substrate film;
(7) Adjust the tension of each part of the composite processing equipment, and try to make the recombination rates of the two composite substrates equal.
2. The most common problem in the process of manufacturing the three-side bag-sealing machine is that the bag-making machine is brittle and brittle. (1) The heat sealing temperature is too high;
(2) The pressure is too large;
(3) The heat sealing time is too long;
(4) The edge of the upper sealer of the bag making machine is too sharp or the coated Teflon is damaged;
(5) The silicone rubber sealed at the bottom of the bag making machine is too hard;
(6) During the compounding and aging process, a part of the binder penetrates into the inside of the film. The substrate is affected by the penetration of the binder, the toughness (impact resistance) is decreased, and the brittleness is improved;
(7) After the plastic composite packaging bag is cooled and placed, the heat sealing strength is increased, and there is also a tendency to become brittle.
Countermeasures:
(1) selecting a suitable processing temperature, pressure and heat sealing time according to the heat sealing property of the material of the inner sealing layer;
(2) Improve the surface condition of the upper heat sealing knife of the bag making machine, so that the surface of the sealing device is flat;
(3) Covered with Teflon cloth;
(4) Select a silicone rubber mat of suitable hardness.
