Tool Scaffolding Work Safety Measures

1. The use of a tool scaffold must be designed and compiled with a construction plan and approved by the person in charge of the technical department.
2. Enterprises engaged in the construction of adhering lifting scaffolds must obtain the qualification of “adhesion lifting scaffold professional contracting”.
3. Adhesion lifting scaffolds must comply with the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Attached Scaffolds for Construction (No. 230 [2000]). Attached lifting scaffolding (including pylon, hanging basket) Construction work surface must be laid solidly and tightly with a scaffolding plate. An 18 cm high footrest plate is to be provided. 7. The hanging basket length must not exceed 6 meters.
8. The hanging point of the external hanger adopts the bolt through the wall. The bolt through the wall must have enough strength to meet the construction needs. The bolts are used to padded the plate and fastened with double nuts. The structural strength of the building at the suspension point must meet the construction requirements.
9. Take measures to prevent shear damage to the wire rope at the contact point between the wire rope and the angular object.
10. The elevator well bearing platform and material turnover platform must develop a special program and perform acceptance procedures.
11. The scaffold board on the material turnover platform shall be tightly secured with a protective fence not less than 1.5m around the platform. The inner side of the fence shall be sealed with a dense mesh safety net, and the lower mouth shall be set with a 18-cm footrest plate. For the erection of articles, the platform shall be provided with signage in obvious places, specifying the use requirements and limiting the load.

Construction Method

1. The slope shall be laid in order from top to bottom. Don't pull it too tight.
2. Tow adjacent longitudinal joints should not be in a horizontal line, should bestaggered more than 1m each other.
3. Longitudinal joints should be more than 1.50m away from the dam foot and bending foot, and should be located on the plane.
4. When the slope is laid, the direction of spreading film should be basically parallel to the slope line.
5. The construction, first of all to use small diameter sand or clay levelingbase, and then laid the geomembrane. The geomembrane should not be stretched too tight, and the part of the soil bured at both ends is corrugated. A transitional layer of about 10cm is laid on the geomembrane with sand or clay.
