Use of the radiator

1. Before starting the machine, the cooling radiator and the mixed gas should be drained. After warming up for 5-10 minutes, start working again.

2. When using steam as the heat medium, it should be noted that the steam pressure meets the specified pressure. The maximum use pressure of the radiator is not more than 16KG/cm2. When the air temperature entering the radiator is lower than the freezing point, the steam pressure in the radiator should not be lower than 0.3kg/cm2.

3. When the fan stops in other accidents, stop the supply of heat medium immediately; before the radiator stops working, stop sending cold air.

4. Do not use corrosive media.

5. The air economic weight flow rate of the radiator is 4-10kg/m2.s.

6. The running damper should be provided at the cover of the radiator. Depending on the heat medium used, the installation position is different. When high temperature water is applied, it is placed on the upper cover plate, and steam is placed on the lower cover plate to remove the air in the radiator cavity to improve the heat release efficiency.

7. After the radiator is finished, the condensate should be drained. In order to prevent freezing, the radiator with hot water should continue to circulate in the radiator cavity with a small amount of hot water.
